My role

As a Senior Product Designer in Growth, I play a key role in shaping how new & existing users discover value on Linktree. I partner with PM’s, Engineers, Marketing, Analytics, Lifecycle & Research to identify, test, learn, and scale what drives impact for the business and our users.

Main Responsibilities and Impact

  • Drove designs for A/B testing and rapid experimentation to validate ideas and optimize flows to increase conversion of free to paid users throughout different touchpoints in the user journey.

  • Conducted & led user research & interviews and paired these qualitative insights with quantitative data to inform and evaluate design decisions and approaches.

  • Led the E2E design and launch of several Acquisition & Conversion experiments to help Creators & Businesses discover the value of Linktree.

  • Utilized AI in my design process to speed up my workflows by creating briefs, research plans & interview guides, wireframes and mockups for early iteration & thinking.

  • Presented & communicated design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, including executives, to drive vision and alignment.
